MiP conference 2012

ANNUAL CONFERENCE

MiP's annual conference gives members the opportunity to meet with other healthcare managers , policy makers and opinion shapers to discuss healthcare policy and employment practices.

The 2012 MiP conference was held in Birmingham on 23 November. Over 250 delegates heard from a great line up of speakers, including Professor Michael West, Mike Farrar, chief executive of NHS Confederation and Jo-Ann Wass from the NHS Commissioning Board. Delegates also heard about recent and proposed changes to employment rights.  Our masterclasses and speednetworking gave delegates the chance to hear about ways to boost their personal resilience and current thinking on partnership working, social networking, and organisational change.
