MiP offers members a wide range of personal and professional development opportunities. These include discounted university courses, masterclasses and access to specialist healthcare conferences at preferential rates.

Open University
We have teamed up with the Open University to provide accredited modules and qualifications ranging from certificates to a full Masters degree at a special discounted rate. Masterclasses and Conferences
MiP runs a variety of regional masterclasses. These are half-day interactive workshops specifically for healthcare managers. MiP has also developed partnerships to offer discounted access to healthcare conferences.

The Learning Zone is supported by the Union Learning Fund until March 2012. MiP is continually developing its programme of learning initiatives for members, potential members and their teams.
