Managers in Partnership is an organisation about our members. Our success over recent years has been built on our relationships with members in various workplaces around the UK who act as the link between the union's head office and its members. You can help us by becoming one of these link member.

MiP link members take on a variety of roles, so there is likely to be something that suits you. Whether it's keeping an eye on local developments, encouraging colleagues to join, getting feedback on issues, hosting masterclasses or even getting involved in local discussions to improve conditions for you and your colleagues we have a role for you.

We support our link members through an excellent training programme and support structure that not only gives you the confidence to support your colleagues but also helps you as a manager in healthcare.
