MiP has produced four videos to show managers at work in the healthcare team and working with service users. They showcase innovative projects that embody the spirit and principles set out in the new NHS Constitution.
These projects show the healthcare team in its broadest sense - managers working with clinicians, therapists and admin staff and these staff working with service users and local communities to develop services shaped to their needs.
They have an energy that touches everyone and we hope they will inspire others to set up similar projects or try out other projects.
