Who should join?

If you work in healthcare anywhere in the UK in the NHS, private, voluntary or independent sectors, join MiP

EITHER
If you have:
• a management responsibility, and
• a basic salary in Agenda for Change Band 8 and above, or
• where Agenda for Change doesn't apply, a basic salary of £35,200 or higher.

OR
if you are - or have been - a management trainee on any of the three national schemes: general, human resources, finance.
