Times are tough, but MiP's National Committee has set a challenging but optimistic agenda for the next two years – boosting our communications and influence, working to expand NHS management capacity and developing support for our rapidly growing network of workplace reps.
New MiP chair Geoff Underwood has warned that NHS managers "are certain to come under fire" during the next two years, but promised that the union will "shout loudly in support of our members."
