Managers in Partnership is open to everyone who works in a health or care organisation within the UK; earns a basic salary of at least £40,000; and has a management responsibility. See our Am I Eligible? page for more details
If you join Managers in Partnership with an existing HR problem, or if a new problem arises within 13 weeks of your joining, then our national officers will provide personal advice and guidance – but we can only offer our full individual representation service for HR issues that arise after that period.
