The union for health and care managers
The MiP Members’ Summit is our annual event for members. Held in the autumn, the Summit is a full day of interactive training and practical workshops, debate about the union’s work, and networking with other members from across the UK. The Summit gives you personal support and a voice, both as an employee and as a professional healthcare manager.

MiP Summit 2021: On day four, Matthew Taylor, Chris Creegan and Geoff Underwood discuss managing change under pressure, motivating people and how managers can be open, honest and even vulnerable in the face of the crisis.
