Our team
MiP members are represented by a UK network of National Officers and a head office team based in London.

Jon Restell
Chief Executive
As Chief Executive of MiP, Jon is responsible for the strategy and performance of the union, acts as our lead media spokesperson, negotiates with employers nationally, and works to influence ministers, civil servants and system leaders on behalf of senior health and care managers.
Jamie Briers
Head of Operations
Jamie belongs to MiP’s senior management team, managing our National Officers and other operational staff and leads on equality, organising and professional development.
Rebecca Hall
National Organiser
Rebecca organises and develops our activist network across the UK, working closely with our national officers and local partnership forums. Contact Rebecca if you’d like to know more about becoming an MiP workplace representative.
Rosie Kirk
Assistant National Organiser
Rosie supports MiP’s organising activities nationally and develops MiP’s workplace rep and member networks throughout the UK. Rosie also has a strategic focus on organising in the Greater London region, shaping sustainable structures that empower reps and deliver stronger member outcomes.

Communications Officer
