MiP launches new workplace guide on pregnancy and maternity

MiP has launched a new workplace guide to support our members and reps with pregnancy and maternity in the workplace.
Our casework shows that many members have a poor experience at work during pregnancy, maternity leave and on return to work. This guide will help members understand their rights and also help you as managers, offering the right support and appropriate guidance.
You can download your copy of the guide here.
As always your local Managers in Partnership rep or National Officer can offer support and advice if any issues arise. If you need support please visit our get help page here.
