MiP has suspended publication of its printed magazine Healthcare Manager until the autumn of 2020. This is due to anticipated difficulties with printing and distribution during the Covid-19 emergency, and the need for the union to concentrate resources on supporting members and publishing additional content during the crisis.
We are continuing to publish all our regular news, features and columns on the MiP website, as well as extra articles, guidance and information for managers on crisis and its aftermath. We expect to resume publication of Healthcare Manager with a new look in late September this year.
We know that the Covid-19 pandemic will lead to big changes to the NHS and the way you work, and that NHS managers have played a vital role in helping the country tackle the unprecedented national crisis we’re going through. We want to use our website and magazine to tell your story to the wider world and make sure people fully appreciate the superb work managers have been doing across the UK. So please let us know about what you’ve been doing and how it has made a difference.
If you have a story to share, email editor@healthcare-manager.co.uk or ring the editor, Craig Ryan, on 07971 835296. All stories will, of course, be treated in the strictest confidence.
