Survey of MiP reps and link members

Managers in Partnership has recruited two excellent new organisers to work on a short- term project aiming to boost MiP membership, improve our organisation and support rep and link member activity within the health and care sectors. Our new organisers, Paul Jenkins and Tahreen Dewan, are both former UNISON organisers within the NHS national bodies.
As part of this project, we want to hear from MiP link members and reps about how we can better support them in their roles. We have produced a short survey, which will take no more than five minutes to complete, which will help us to better develop the work of link members and reps, and identify the support, resources and communications they need. The survey will also help us to improve member recruitment and the way we operate as an active union within health and care services.
If you are an MiP link member or rep, check your inbox for our survey email entitled “MiP: reps and link member update”. If you can’t find it, email us at info@miphealth.org.uk and we’ll send it again.
