Have your say on NHS pay!

MiP and UNISON are preparing for the 2024 NHS pay round. To inform our campaign on pay, UNISON have opened a survey for all members working in the NHS. The survey is open to MiP members in all nations of the UK.
The survey will shape our pay claim to the government. We also want to hear your thoughts on non-pay issues, such as job evaluation, overtime and career progression.
The survey will remain open over the Christmas period and into the new year, but please take a few minutes to complete the survey today.
