We have identified the following priority areas:

Pay & Conditions: Annual Leave; Sickness; Time Off in Lieu/Overtime; Redeployment; Working from home

Supporting Health & Wellbeing: Managers support to manage others; Individual support for managers; Physical & psychological wellbeing

Managing Issues/Crisis: Internal and external comms support

Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Supply and guidance

Staff Testing: Travelling for tests; The testing process; Monitoring

Redeployment: Agreed processes for redeployment; Employee/employer relations; Engagement of staff side; Grievances & disciplinaries; Reorganisations/OCP.

We encourage all members in Wales to read the briefing and contact us with feedback or any other relevant questions or issues we need to note or respond to.
