Update for MiP members in Wales

MiP has produced a briefing to update our members in Wales on progress in key areas, as we continue our joint working dialogue with NHS Wales. This briefing has been produced by Sam Crane, acting Associate National Officer for Wales.
We have identified the following priority areas:
Pay & Conditions: Annual Leave; Sickness; Time Off in Lieu/Overtime; Redeployment; Working from home
Supporting Health & Wellbeing: Managers support to manage others; Individual support for managers; Physical & psychological wellbeing
Managing Issues/Crisis: Internal and external comms support
Personal Protective Equipment (PPE): Supply and guidance
Staff Testing: Travelling for tests; The testing process; Monitoring
Redeployment: Agreed processes for redeployment; Employee/employer relations; Engagement of staff side; Grievances & disciplinaries; Reorganisations/OCP.
